JOB DUTIES:
    Begins consulting with business partners to understand current and future business needs requiring a technology solution.

    Assists with the development of requirements and specification documents.

    Assists in the development of business and technical criteria to be used in the evaluation of products in the marketplace.

    Assists with the integration of externally acquired software into the processing environment.

    Applies a broad understanding of system environments, databases and utilities in analyzing, designing, developing, testing, debugging and implementing new systems or modifications to existing systems.

    Identifies and analyzes system and application problems.

    Determines solutions; develops, tests and implements fixes.

    Collaborate, Analyze Issues and Make Decisions, Drive for Results, Focus on

Customers, Demonstrate Adaptability, Write and Speak Effectively, Influence Others.

Minimum Requirements:

    IT related college degree or equivalent experience.

PREFERRED:

    3 years experience programming SAS, both PC and Host, including SAS Macros and complex DATA steps; preferably version 9 experience

    SAS Enterprise Guide experience

    Using SAS on a UNIX or LINUX platform

    Experience in coding JCL

    Experience with Software Configuration Management Tools

    Should be familiar with RACF

    Should be familiar with Job Flow Design

    Adherence to defined software development processes

    Knowledge of Marketing Performance Metrics/Dashboards

    Experience contributing to project planning, estimating, scheduling, and execution.

    Good written and oral communication skills
